Hall Hits Two Dingers, Pirates Win, 10-4
Spirited fans greeted the Lexington Thoroughbreds for their clash with the Tallahassee Pirates.

Bill Hall was a vital contributor to the 10-4 Tallahassee victory over Lexington. The Pirates second baseman hit 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. Raisel Iglesias came out of the bullpen to earn the win. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2.1 innings. His record now stands at 3-1.

Tallahassee used the clutch hitting of Zeb Terry to capture the win. The shortstop drilled a grand slam home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Pirates ahead, 9-4. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a big one.

"I felt good up there," said Hall. "I saw the ball well."

Tallahassee has won 4 consecutive games.
