Grizzlies Pull Off Thrilling 8-5 Win in Extras
Extra frames were needed to settle this game between the Fresno Grizzlies and Venice Tigers.

The Venice Tigers got a superb performance from pitcher Adonis Terry. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Fresno. The Grizzlies won the game, 8-5. Terry threw 10.0 innings of 7-hit ball. Fresno is now 53-39, 6 games up in the High Indy National HIN West.

It could have been a different outcome for Fresno, had it not been for Bubba Morton, the 34-year old left fielder . Morton contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the 13th inning to put Fresno up, 4-3.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Morton. "And not try to do too much."
