Trappers Use Late Rally to Win 5th Straight
The Trappers grabbed a win, 9-6, at Gilmore Filed, overcoming a fine effort from Venice pitcher Clay Buchholz. Buchholz went 6.1 innings and allowed 1 run. Salt Lake City has rattled off 5 straight wins.

Clarence Maddern put Salt Lake City in front, 9-6, when he hit a grand slam home run off Joe Biagini in the top of the eighth. It was his 13th home run of the season.

"This team is real focused right now," said Salt Lake City manager Brice Jurrens.
