Late Rally by Grizzlies Secures 7-5 Win
The Fresno Grizzlies downed the Denver Bears, 7-5, at Chuckchansi Park. The Grizzlies were led by Earl Torgeson. He was 3-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. The triumph puts Fresno at 67-48 for the season.

The game came to a dramatic end. In the bottom of the ninth, with Fresno trailing 5-4, Torgeson hit a sinker from Howie Reed for a 3-run home run, giving the Grizzlies the walk-off win.

"It's great when the crowd gets into it," Torgeson said.
