The Wichita Witches went down to defeat to Justin Duchscherer and his Nashua teammates. The final score was 5-2 in favor of the Dodgers. Duchscherer picked up the win for Nashua, going 7.2 innings. He gave up 2 runs on 6 hits. He now sports a record of 9-8. The win boosted Nashua to 62-41.
In the bottom of the fifth, Jose Tabata delivered a clutch hit. With two gone and runners on 2nd and 3rd, the Nashua left fielder hit a 2-run single, putting the Dodgers in front, 5-2.
