Robertson Dominant in Trenton Win
|
Rich W Robertson was in top form in a low-scoring contest between Trenton and Richmond. The Thunder left-hander helped his team beat the Flying Squirrels, 3-0. John Franco converted his 17th save in 17 tries. Trenton is looking good at 39-18.
Robertson earned the win, going 8 strong innings for Trenton. The left-hander allowed just 3 hits, while striking out 7. Richmond hitters had little success against him.
"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," Robertson told the Trenton Gazette.
