Bere, Bunchgrassers Dispatch Long Beach, 4-0
|
Spokane starter Jason Bere put a stranglehold on the Long Beach offense. The right-hander had complete command of his fastball in leading the Bunchgrassers to a 4-0 win. The Bunchgrassers bumped their record to 49-45 with this win.
Bere made it look easy. He scattered 2 hits over 8 innings, while racking up 10 strikeouts. The right-hander upped his season record to 7-2.
