AAA Player of the Week Chosen Monday, April 15th , 2002 What's in a number? In baseball, just about everything. The numbers that Newark's Roger Maris put up last week were the envy of the league, as Maris came away with WBL Triple A Player of the Week honors. He belted out 14 hits in 22 at-bats, 4 home runs and 13 RBIs last week as he posted his .636 batting average. |
