Milwaukee No Match for Carlson Friday, April 19th , 2002 Goose eggs were the order of the day for the Milwaukee Brewers as starter Hal Carlson shut them out, 4-0, at Three Rivers Stadium. The Louisville pitcher struck out 5 and walked 0 while allowing 4 hits. "Carlson was good but he wasn't flawless," Milwaukee manager Justin Spraggins said. "We had a few opportunities to make something happen and we didn't do it. Not to take anything away from Louisville, but this is on us." |
