Oaks Listless in 8-0 Loss to Bears Sunday, July 30th , 2000 The Denver Bears rolled to an easy 8-0 win over the Oakland Oaks at Bears Stadium today. Leading the way to victory was starter Jack Harshman, who shackled the Oakland Oaks and held them scoreless on a 5-hitter. "This is what every pitcher wants to do when they go out there," Harshman said in his postgame press conference. Harshman has a 11-7 season record so far.
