Diamond Dogs, Pelty Stonewall Dayton, 7-0 Friday, July 21st , 2000 Barney Pelty of the Albany Diamond Dogs humiliated the Dayton Marcos at Bleecker Stadium today, spinning a complete game shutout and holding the visitors to 4 hits. "He stayed aggressive and his ball was really moving," said Dayton manager Danny Romanowski, after the game. Pelty whiffed 7 and walked 1 in the 7-0 win. "If I make good pitches, I'm going to get some outs," Pelty said. "I was making good pitches the entire game." His record for the year is 4-2 in 13 starts and Pelty has a 4.11 ERA.
