Hart Wins Best Bat Trophy in August Friday, September 1st , 2000 Even though he is a newcomer to WBL Mid Indy, Jim Ray Hart put up some good numbers in August and earned the AMA Batter of the Month award. He was one of Albany's offensive leaders with a .410 average in 26 games. He also racked up 8 home runs, 22 RBIs, and 24 runs scored. Hitting .343 to date, Hart has 23 home runs and 79 RBIs. He has played in 91 games. |
