Buffaloes Chill MacKenzie's Hot Streak

The 21-game hitting streak of Eric MacKenzie has come to an end. The Harrisburg Ponies catcher went 0-for-4 today in his team's 5-1 loss to the Omaha Buffaloes at Rosenblatt Stadium.
"It's not just Eric who came up short today," Ponies manager Scott Griffith said in his postgame press conference. "This was a team loss."
So far this season, MacKenzie has recorded a .288 batting average with 96 hits, 22 home runs, 65 RBIs, 53 runs scored and a .339 OBP.
