Bullfrogs Slip Past Havana, 2-1

The Green Bay Bullfrogs topped the Havana Sugar Kings, 2-1, in WBL Rook American action at Big Top Stadium. The standout performance belonged to Green Bay pitcher and Elgin, Illinois, native Ray Culp. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for Green Bay.
Adam Moore was the walk-off hero for Green Bay. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Bullfrogs third baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
"Was I getting worried?" said Bullfrogs manager Frank Howard. "Nope." Then he added, with a wink, "There was never a doubt in my mind."
