Werewolves, Outman Stonewall Kokomo, 4-0

24-year-old London Werewolves pitcher Josh Outman had a strong outing against the Kokomo Jackrabbits at Kokomo Municipal Stadium today, keeping them off the scoreboard the whole game. He struck out 8 in the 4-0 win and walked 1 while surrendering 4 hits.
"Hopefully there will be plenty more of these in the future for us," he said.
So far this season Outman has a record of 14-3 with 221 strikeouts and 33 walks in 170 innings and a 3.76 ERA.

Playoffs Officially Out of Reach for Werewolves

London fans find themselves yet again looking forward to 'next year' when their team has a chance to make the playoffs. Today, the London Werewolves have been mathematically eliminated from getting into the playoffs this year.

WBL Rook American INDY RA - South Champs Crowned: Corpus Christi Hooks

The Corpus Christi Hooks have their share of problems, but getting to the postseason isn't one of them. The club today clinched the WBL Rook American INDY RA - South crown.
"It's not a perfect clubhouse, we have issues just like any other team, but in the end we did what we had to do on the field," said right fielder Ned Harris. "In the end, it's a roster of guys coming together for the same cause."
Team manager Mike Hagee brushed off any suggestions there are issues in the clubhouse. "Anything that goes on, it's just regular stuff that any team would deal with," he said. "In the end, we won the division and that's all that matters."
The club has a 72-36 record and the division title is their 1st.
