A 4-RBI performance from the 36-year old right fielder George Watkins helped the Philadelphia Pythians beat the London Werewolves, 11-1. The Pythians lead the WBL Rook National INDY RN - Northeast by 3 games.

Momentum swung to the Pythians in the top of the sixth, when Watkins, who was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2000 draft, hit a 2-run home run. It propelled the Pythians into the lead, 4-1.

"You score one run, you're not going to win," said London skipper Mike Kruger. "You can have three Koufaxes and three Drysdales, you're still not going to win."
