The Brooklyn Royal Giants defeated the Philadelphia Stars, 8-6, at Shibe Park AL. Brooklyn was led by 29-year old third baseman Pedro Guerrero, who went 2 for 4 with 2 home runs. The win gives Brooklyn a season record of 68-46.
