Wynn Helps Houston Cruise to 10-3 Win
The Houston Colt 45s downed the Homestead Grays, 10-3, at Forbes Field. The Colt 45s were led by Jim Wynn. Wynn was 3 for 3 with a home run, a double, a walk, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. Toad Ramsey, the winner, is now 14-9.
