Indianapolis designated hitter Joey Votto was instrumental in helping the ABCs triumph, 7-5, over the Houston Colt 45s. Votto hit 2 home runs. Rob Dibble earned the save, his 20th in 23 tries. With the win, Indianapolis has a record of 67-69. Houston falls to 69-66.

Ross Youngs had a big run-scoring double for the ABCs in the bottom of the fourth inning. With Indianapolis leading 2-1 and a runner on 2nd, he got a changeup from Stephen Strasburg, who is tied for 10th in the NL with a 8.3 K/9 rate, and swatted a double to center. It was his 1st double of the season, and more importantly, it put the ABCs ahead, 3-1.

"Nice win for us," said Votto. "Now we'll go after the next one."
