The San Francisco Sea Lions stopped the Portland Sea Dogs, 8-4, at Griffith Stadium. The Sea Lions got a big game from Turkey Stearnes, who went 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 3 times and drove in 2. The Sea Lions have an impressive 97-55 record.
