Johnson Now 1-3 After Beating Spiders
|
Behind an impressive start by Connie Johnson, Baltimore beat Cleveland, 2-1. Baltimore is off to a sluggish start, getting just their 6th win in 18 games.
The Spiders had little chance against Johnson, who overpowered Cleveland hitters and struck out 11.
"Connie mixed and matched," said Baltimore manager Daniel Makonnen.
