The home squad pulled out a thrilling walk-off win.
The Wandering House of David picked up a win at Wrigley Field, dropping the Miami Cuban Giants, 4-3, in 11 innings. Fergie Jenkins was the difference-maker. The victory makes Wandering 12-10.
The House of David got a clutch hit from first baseman Anthony Rizzo. In the bottom of the 11th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the House of David.
"The game is never over 'til it's over," said a jubilant Daniel Makonnen, the Wandering skipper.
