The Indianapolis ABCs and Brooklyn Royal Giants provided some drama for the home crowd.

Pedro Guerrero helped his team muscle past the Indianapolis ABCs, 6-5. In the game, the Brooklyn left fielder went 2 for 5 with a home run. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Trevor Hildenberger earned the save for Brooklyn, his 1st.

Brooklyn took a 6-5 lead on Ron Cey's 6th double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Cey hit in the top of the ninth, left Indianapolis pitcher Clay Carroll visibly frustrated.

"If you want to be considered a good team, these are the kind of games you have to win," said Brooklyn manager Daniel Makonnen.

The loss has the ABCs at 12-13.
