Philadelphia Gets 8-5 Win Against Mounties
The home crowd had a good time watching the Ottawa Mounties and Philadelphia Stars get after it.

The Philadelphia Stars powered past the Ottawa Mounties, 8-5, at Shibe Park AL. Aaron Judge provided some of the pop. He was 2-3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Philadelphia now has a record of 81-74 with the win.

With Philadelphia trailing 5-4 in the bottom of the fifth, Judge hit a curveball from Johnny Podgajny for a 2-run home run. It was his 58th home run of the season and put the Stars ahead, 6-5.

"We just try to have good at-bats, whether we're winning, losing, or tied," said Judge.
