Canseco went 2-3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 3 for the Cuban Giants. The win belonged to Dámaso Marte in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Bob Feller took the loss for Cleveland. The defeat makes Cleveland 3-3.

Mark Kotsay hit a 2-run double off Bob Feller in the bottom of the seventh, which put the Cuban Giants in front, 7-5. In addition to the double, Kotsay had 1 single, while going 2 for 4.

"I just tried to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Kotsay.
