Eric Davis left his imprint on the 11-9 New York win against the Los Angeles Angels. Davis, who is tied for 3rd in the AL in RBI with 66, was 3 for 6 with 2 home runs. "You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Schmidt told the New York Citizen.
