"When he started out, his command wasn't that good, but he's a tough guy," Kansas City manager Daniel Makonnen said. "The more pitches he throws, the better his command is." The right-hander had 6 strikeouts and 2 walks in the 3-0 victory. "An outstanding job," Philadelphia manager Daniel Makonnen said. "We couldn't get anything going.
