Big Day with Bat: Judge 5-for-6 Saturday, September 1st , 2001 It wasn't just another day at the ballpark for Aaron Judge. Judge went on a tear and cracked hit after hit off Homestead pitchers. When the dust settled on the diamond at Shibe Park AL, he had a 5-for-6 line and a day he will long remember. And the Philadelphia Stars had a win, 18-7, over the Grays. "Yeah, it'll be something nice to tell the grandkids, but it won't get me a hit tomorrow," he joked in the postgame interview. Aaron Judge hit a two-run home run off Billy Pierce in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Hal Carlson in the 5th, hit an RBI double in the 6th and flied out in the 8th.
