Cleveland Spiders Clinch Spot in Postseason Thursday, September 20th , 2001 Celebrating a playoff clinch never gets old, according to Bob Feller of the Cleveland Spiders. "I could do this each and every year," the starting pitcher said as he celebrated his team officially having clinched a playoff spot.
