Sax Bashes 5 Base Hits Tuesday, April 10th , 2001 Steve Sax did all he could with his bat, but it just wasn't enough for the Rochester Hustlers to pull out a victory. The 25-year-old second baseman rapped out 5 hits in the game, but the Hustlers could not overcome the Nashville Sounds. Rochester lost the game, 8-7, at Frontier Field. Steve Sax singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, doubled in the 5th, doubled in the 7th and doubled in the 8th. |
