Season Over for Wilson Tuesday, May 29th , 2001 Justin Wilson had to wait several agonizing days to find out his diagnosis after suffering a torn flexor tendon in his elbow on 05/25/2001. Today he received word from the Jersey City doctor that he would be out the rest of the year. Team officials called it a huge setback but something they would have to overcome. He has 12 relief appearances in 2001, worked 17 innings and struck out 13. Justin Wilson has posted 3 saves with a 3.71 ERA and a 0-1 record. |
