Hornets Plugged by Cox, Trappers, 6-0 Sunday, June 3rd , 2001 Danny Cox of the Edmonton Trappers was lights-out while 6-hitting the Charlotte Hornets. "I had my good stuff and it went where I wanted it to go," he told BNN reporters after the contest. Cox registered 13 strikeouts and 2 walks in shutting out Charlotte, 6-0. For the season, Cox has logged 3 wins and 3 losses and struck out 43 batters in 48.1 innings while compiling a 4.47 ERA. |
