Dreifort Electric in 7-0 Win Tuesday, July 3rd , 2001 Darren Dreifort of the Jersey City Skeeters toyed with the Rochester Hustlers, as he shut them out, 7-0, at Roosevelt Stadium. He was almost untouchable, twirling a 3-hitter with 11 strikeouts and 5 walks. "I'm sweating now because it's hot in here," Dreifort said in the clubhouse after the game. "But it didn't even feel like I was sweating out there." |
