AA Selects Bones July's Top Starter Tuesday, August 1st , 2000 There's no doubt that Drillers starter Ricky Bones earned his WBL AA Pitcher of the Month award. He left absolutely no room for doubt as he mowed his way through the opposition in July. During the month Bones was 5-1 with a 2.50 ERA. He made 6 starts, tossed 39.2 innings and had 36 strikeouts. This year Bones has compiled a 9-7 record with a 5.23 ERA. |
