Gems Not Competitive in 7-0 Loss to Harrisburg Saturday, September 9th , 2000 The Harrisburg Ponies rolled to an easy 7-0 win over the Flint Gems at Union Grounds (Brooklyn) today. Leading the way to victory was starter Steve Blass, who shackled the Flint Gems and held them scoreless on a 4-hitter.
