Corpus Christi Shuts Out Bingo Long's, 3-0 Sunday, May 27th , 2001 Larry Jansen of the Corpus Christi Hooks toyed with the Bingo Long's Traveling All Stars, as he shut them out, 3-0, at Colt Stadium. He was almost untouchable, twirling a 5-hitter with 7 strikeouts and no walks. "I'm sweating now because it's hot in here," Jansen said in the clubhouse after the game. "But it didn't even feel like I was sweating out there." In 10 starts this season, Jansen has gathered 4 wins while suffering 3 losses.
