Season Ends for Evans Saturday, June 16th , 2001 Bill J Evans had to wait several agonizing days to find out his diagnosis after suffering a torn ulnar collateral ligament on 06/15/2001. Today he received word from the Lexington doctor that he would be out the rest of the year. Team officials called it a huge setback but something they would have to overcome. |
