Oakland Crowned Kings of the WBL-A A-D4 Tuesday, August 14th , 2001 Oakland Oaks center fielder said it's "time to party" after his team clinched the WBL-A A-D4. "You work hard all season for it, so now it's time to let loose a little bit," he said. "We're best in the division and feeling good going into the playoffs." It is the 1st time that the Oaks have captured the division crown and the franchise will be seeking its 1st World Series. "How can you not be proud to call this your team?" said manager Chris Ele.
