Colby Lewis Blanks Kenosha, 3-0 Friday, April 26th , 2002 Colby Lewis had an impressive outing at Colt Stadium, hurling the Corpus Christi Hooks to a 3-0 shutout victory over the Kenosha Comets. "He threw strikes and he was always around the plate," Kenosha skipper Antonio Talavera said. "The ball was doing everything he wanted it to do. We hit some balls hard, but they were all right at the fielders." On the day, the right-handed Lewis yielded 7 hits and tallied 8 strikeouts with 1 walk. |
