The Brooklyn Royal Giants defeated the New York Gothams by the score of 4-2, with the biggest share of the credit going to third baseman Ron Cey. Cey belted 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice for the Royal Giants on the day. The winner was Trevor Hildenberger in relief. His record improves to 5-2. Mike Norris took the loss.
